Green Impact Exchange Appoints Alexis Levenson as Chief Communications Officer

NEW YORK, February 18, 2026Green Impact Exchange (“GIX”), one of only ten licensed stock exchange operators in the U.S., today announced the appointment of Alexis Levenson as Chief Communications Officer and Executive Vice President. In this newly created role, Levenson will lead GIX’s communications and corporate affairs strategy, oversee the company’s human resources function, and serve on the Executive Leadership Team. She will focus on amplifying GIX’s role as an innovator in designing, listing, and trading equity products and in helping companies and investors capitalize on the opportunities created by the trillions of dollars of investment capital flowing into the next-generation green transition economy.

Levenson has more than 25 years of experience in global communications organizations at Fortune 100 companies. Most recently, she was the Global Head of Enterprise Communications at Visa, where she led communications that reinforced Visa’s strategy, ignited culture, and grew employee engagement. She previously held leadership roles at Elevance Health, Pfizer, and Guy Carpenter (Marsh), overseeing executive and internal communications, media relations, and external communications across large, complex organizations.

“Companies are facing enormous pressure to deliver durable growth while also investing in resilience and managing constrained resources,” said Alexis Levenson, chief communications officer. “GIX is responding to their needs by building a capital markets infrastructure based on the traditional equity rails of listing and trading securities, and creating a platform for innovative financial products like equitized carbon credits and tokenized securities that will connect investors to these new opportunities. I’m excited to help advance this next phase of growth.”

“While I first was drawn to GIX by the opportunity to help identify climate-driven solutions for the next generation, I am even more inspired by the business opportunity ahead of GIX and the companies we support,” Levenson added. “The green economy spans major industries, from energy and mobility, to infrastructure and advanced manufacturing, along with the software, data, and AI technologies that underpin them. These companies, along with others strengthening supply-chain resilience and managing physical risks, need access to capital to get this transition right, and GIX is designing a transparent, regulated mechanism to support them.”

“Alexis brings the rigor, creativity, and strategic perspective that come from leading communications and transformation at some of the world’s largest brands,” said Charlie Dolan, President of Green Impact Exchange. “Her experience shaping narratives and messaging for those companies gives her a unique insight into the challenges that public companies face as they navigate shifting landscapes. As we continue to scale GIX, her experience will be invaluable in serving our customers’ evolving needs and enhancing our culture.”
