We’re proud to welcome Paul Bauccio as Chief Operating Officer of the Green Impact Exchange (GIX).

As Chief Operating Officer, Paul will be instrumental in moving GIX’s vision from concept to launch, overseeing the development and launch of our trading platform, and supervising operations compliance, market operations, and member onboarding and support. As a member of the GIX Leadership Team, Paul also will share accountability for driving GIX’s culture and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment.

Paul brings more than 25 years of regulatory and operations experience in the equity exchange industry to GIX. He recently served as Chief Risk Officer at IEX Group, where he was responsible for the strategic direction and management of Information Security, Enterprise Risk Management, and Vendor Management programs. As COO, Paul will lead the development of all critical operational functions and the implementation of GIX’s technology stack, including billing infrastructure, distribution of market data, and regulatory technology infrastructure. He also will support the development and listing of innovative new trading products, vendor management, member onboarding, and market data, while working across the GIX Leadership Team to ensure information security and technological resilience, compliance with regulatory requirements, and smooth operation of our trading platform and related services.
